What do I get with my budget?

A turnkey design-build of a typical container home in the north Texas market will range from $175-$400 per square foot. The higher the square footage number, the lower the square footage price. A ground-up, turnkey custom design-build price will range about $350 -$800 per sq ft., as an example.

NOTE: Starting at prices are for base models built in our shop (I.e. modular components) to be assembled on your site by others. Does not include any site work or shipping.
